Garlic is normally acclaimed as the health giving herb and is
widely used with almost any foods, yet numerous people are bigoted
or alergic to the garlic. Excessive exposure to the allicin – the
substance released when the garlic is crushed, may effect skin
irritation, reddening or even blistering, even if the person is not
having the clear alergy to garlic.
The poorer resistance or even extreme consumption of garlic may
cause heartburn of flatulence – gastric effects. Anyway, there are
some people who are indeed allergic to garlic and though the
symptoms vary but are reported to include: stomach problems after
eating garlic and rashes from eating or through physical contacts.
It may also worsen asthma symptoms although it is more widely
connected to more by breathing in the garlic dust then to eat
garlic.
