The alergy to the microscopic organism which lives in the dust
found in almost all the homes or workplaces is popularly known as
the dust mite alergy. Dust mites are possibly the common most source
of perennial alergic rhinitis.
The symptoms generated due to the dust mite allergy are almost
like symptoms in pollen alergy besides exhibiting certain symptoms
like asthma also.
The most incommodious dust mite allergens are the digestive
enzymes that are released into the mite feces. The petite fecal bits
of the mites break up to form an extremely fine powder that could
easily hover into the air when disturbed. This condition normally
takes place during the vacuuming, while making the beds, turning in
the bed during sleep or even walking over the carpets. The asthma or
nasal alergic symptoms may develop in the allergic person when he
inhales such dust mites.
