Allergens do not require any special invitation to enter the body
or blood. They may simply take any available route of attacking the
person such as: ambience or airborne, some exceptional elements or
just by accompanying some food articles.
It has been found that most commonly the allergens come from
meat-protein sources such as: corn, wheat, soybeans or rice.
Differently from what some people believe that any food or diet
alergy could not be called the reaction to any newer component in
the diet, but like other kinds of alergies, the reaction could be to
some typical components our immune system identifies.
Such allergic reactions lead to the irrepressible itching on any
part or perhaps all over the body. In some special cases the diet
alergy emerges as gastrointestinal disorder such as vomiting or
diarrhea, respiratory disorder besides, sneezing or trouble
breathing also.
