COFFEE ALERGY AND SYMPTOMS OF COFFEE ALERGIES

It is observed that some people are allergic to coffee. They should keep away from drinking coffee as it may lead to some serious and life threatening consequences. Others may apparently resist unlimited amount of coffee, anyway, for many people even the reasonable amount of coffee may provide delight of the pallet without terrible repercussions.

The reason is the quality and quantity of the coffee. Coffee is believed to be strong stimulator to the central nervous system which provides a kick to the adrenals and develops the generation of the stress managing adrenalin hormones besides creating increased cortisol causing the short-term advantages of excessive alertness and extra energy / stamina. Allergic symptoms of coffee may include: terrific itching and rashes on the elbows, upper arms and knuckles of the hands.
