Alergy is known to be caused by some unidentified allergens in the form of any elements to which the body when comes into contact, starts reacting and develop certain symptoms what are medically known as alergy reactions.

Allergy may be even due to certain ACID contents in the food that we eat. Alergy to Acid may take place when acid and other substances in the stomach back-up into our throat or gullet, the muscular tube carrying food from the throat to the stomach. Though the symptoms may not occur after each meal or daily, it could show some really unpleasant symptoms that may vanish for some times and then in due course come back.
